HOW DO I USE A SLEEP PATCH?

Before bed, simply apply one discreet patch to a relatively hair-free area of skin (for example, your arm, lower back, thigh or shoulder). Then lie back and relax!

Remove the patch once you wake (or after 8-10 hours). Any residue can be washed off with warm soapy water.


HOW DOES A SLEEP PATCH WORK?

Each discreet sleep patch is formulated with a special hypoallergenic adhesive that is activated by your body heat and allows the tried-and-tested active ingredients (all natural sleep aids) to be steadily delivered throughout the night.

Patches are a highly efficient delivery mechanism, allowing much more of the active ingredients to be absorbed into your body (better bioavailability).

The ingredients of our sleep patches have been carefully selected for their properties so that if you find you have difficulty sleeping - for example because of a sleep disorder - they may help you to fall asleep quicker and then stay asleep, resulting in a good night's rest without the groggy after effects that some sleep aids may induce, or the side effects of hormone-based solutions like melatonin.

 

WHAT IS IN IT?

Each patch contains all natural ingredients chosen for their ability to help with falling asleep, staying asleep and getting a better quality of sleep:

  • Valerian: Several studies suggest that valerian root may improve the ability to fall asleep, stay asleep and achieve high-quality sleep in adults and children with insomnia and other sleep disorders.
  • CBD (10mg): By helping your Endocannabinoid system reach and maintain balance CBD can potentially decrease symptoms of insomnia and help you get more quality sleep.
  • CBG (5mg): Cannabigerol (CBG) is another potent non psychoactive cannabinoid from the hemp plant which interacts with the ECS.
  • Passionflower: Early studies suggest Passionflower might help relieve insomnia and anxiety. It appears to boost the level of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in your brain. This compound lowers brain activity, which may help you relax and sleep better.
  • Hops: commonly used orally for anxiety, insomnia, disturbed sleep, restlessness, tension, ADHD, nervousness and irritability.

Melatonin free - for no unpleasant side effects or morning grogginess.

Made in the UK, each batch is tested for purity and strength. Our Sleep patches are free of banned cannabinoids and are legal throughout the UK, Europe and most countries. We use CBD from approved strains of industrial hemp.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?

Each patch is designed to last 8-10 hours. Apply at bedtime then remove in the morning and place in your compost or recycling.

Great nights sleep

I was a little apprehensive about trying them. However they have been very effective and have increased the amount and quality of sleep. I have gone from having 2 to 3 hours to 7 to 8 hours.
